About Flying Dragon Farm
Our Story
We started Flying Dragon Farm with the goal of growing dwarf fruit trees that can fit in small spaces. As a renters in Hawaii for over 15 years we wanted to grow a tree that can live happy in a container on the lanai, and move from home to home with us. Why buy fruit when it's so easy to grow.
Quickly, our friends living in town took interest as they also needed small trees that could fit on smaller properties. So we launched the farm with the goal to provide a way for everyone, regardless of lot size or ownership status, to grow their own fruit!

Our solar powered, off grid, permaculture farm is located on the slopes of Haleakala on Maui, and is home to a wide variety of interesting plants, funny animals, lots of ladybugs, and thousands of dwarf fruit trees.
We are family owned & operated, and believe in using organic practices to offer the best quality plants to our customers. We take pride in growing and ensuring our plants are healthy and vibrant before they leave our nursery.
